Missing parts

Scores at cost, parts £10 each towards admin costs; customer may instead agree to replace parts within 1 month of loss.

Loans & charging policy

Customers are invoiced on return of music, including charges for any missing parts. Charges are levied for each full month hired, and any additional period of 10 days or less will not be charged for. Music taken on approval will not be charged for if returned unused within 10 days.
