COVID-19 Corona Virus Update - Children’s Concert, The Grove, Dunstable - Sunday, 8 March
Regarding our family concerts on Sunday, 8 March and the coronavirus, we want to assure you that we are going ahead with the event following the guidelines and advice from the government.
This means that we are asking anyone who has been to one of the affected areas within the last 14 days, has had contact with the virus, or who has symptoms consistent with the virus, to stay away from the event. As part of the registration process, delegates will be asked to confirm that they do not fall into one of the above categories.
We will also encourage attendees to follow government guidelines around handwashing and to minimise unnecessary contact such as handshakes, hugs, and any musical games or activities involving hand holding! There are ample handwashing facilities in the venue which attendees will be able to access during the event.
Unless government guidelines change significantly between now and Sunday, we anticipate the event going ahead completely as normal and we are confident that attendance at the event under the measures outlined above does not pose a significantly increased risk of exposure.
